Our Courses We have piano, keyboard, guitar, and vocal courses for those aged 8 and above as well as specialist children's courses on piano and keyboard for 4-7 years old.  Yamaha Music Schools have been developing talent around the world since 1954 and have been established in the UK for more the than 25 years. Develop talent quickly and enjoyably Unique Yamaha Music Foundation teaching method Suitable for all ages -from 4 upwards Ideal for both recreational and professional use         Starting a Course  Starting a Yamaha course is easy and inexpensive. No previous experience is necessary and our school is equipped with the latest equipment -one instrument per pupil- so you don't have to own an instrument before you start. We do not use headphones.          How we work Weekly one-hour classes-each one is stimulating and educational Pupils have 100% involvement throughout each lesson Balance between contemporary and traditional music Courses run during school terms only.   Piano Courses A choice of two piano courses for children and adults. Pupils learn to play by ear as well as read music. Junior Keyboard Courses Junior Music Course for 4 and 5 year old children and Junior Play For Keeps for 6-8 years old. Play For Keeps Play For Keeps is the ideal course for those who want to learn the keyboard in a fun and creative environment. Age 9 and above Rock School Guitar This is a course for children and adults of 8 and above. Rock School and Yamaha Vocals These are courses for children and adults of 8 and above.
